Its Show Time
It was time for our final recording and it was a crazy day for our group. Before rehearsal me and Wesley checked that everyone was in their jobs and set up was going to plan. Natasha went out and brought with her all the props to help bring the set to life and even went as far as getting iced tea for the cups to actually make it more realistic when the presenters where picking them up and drinking and adding biscuits just like an afternoon tea with our audience. I went into the control room for give my logo and talk to the rest of our group to see how things were going on.
Heres the final running order of the times we actually finished everything on the day and some of the problems we faced. - this is a shorted version from my pre-production paperwork
Run through - Non-tech - Went well, script is fine with presenters and changes have been made.
Next run through - Lights and sound checked and tested for whole show set up
Next run through - camera tech - set up logo, blue screen, run through script with cameras on, record it and watch back.
Sound check done - 14:16pm
Lighting done - 14:16pm
Camera run through - 14:25pm - checking presenters know what camera is which.

I feel our final recording went well and was given good feedback so our group knows what we can improve on next time if we create another show.
